Charles Faust, a 10-month-old with Down syndrome, is seen in the clinic for a well-child examination. The parents have questions about his growth and development. They are concerned because Charles can’t pick up finger foods such as Cheerios and put them in his mouth. Create a Powerpoint presentation with voice-over, that answers the following questions:
What further assessment would you conduct on Charles?
What type of referral would you make for him?
How would you respond to some of the concerns that the parents have?
