Create a chart that displays the evidence collected to show that there is a problem within the organization based on the problem that you discussed in the Week 2 assignment.

The chart could include quantitative (numeric) evidence or qualitative (text-based) evidence. This could be evidence that the organization collected or evidence that was collected by the stakeholder groups. It should be a comprehensive chart of the evidence that led the organization to conclude that a problem existed and needed to be resolved. Explain each piece of evidence in terms of where the evidence came from, whether the source was a reliable source if it is quantitative or qualitative evidence, etc.
