The workplace is becoming more global in nature. It is important for leaders to

understand and manage these differences in workplace culture and diversity. GLOBE

the research identified six global leadership behaviors that are considered important in

various cultures in varying degrees:

 Charismatic/value-based

 Team oriented

 Participative

 Humane-oriented

 Autonomous

 Self- or group-protective.
