It will also allow you to practice thinking like a leadership consultant. After reading Chapter 4 and viewing the model video, answer the following questions:
- As you reflect on what has been discussed in this chapter and on our own leadership style, how would you describe your own style in relation to task and relational orientations?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Think of a current manager or leader you interact with. How are they balancing task management vs. relationship management?
