Prepare: As you get ready to write your discussion this week, take a few moments to do the following:

– Reflect on the stages of the writing process and active reading strategies noted in Sections 1-2 in the e-book Rhetoric and Composition, and in the other resources noted in the course.

-Use one of the reading strategies to make notes on your plan for writing and composing college-level essays.

Reflect: Take time to reflect on your regular process of reading. Be sure to think about the activities and quizzes you took part in using the e-book Rhetoric and Composition (https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Rhetoric_and_Composition), and other materials.

Write: Discuss which reading strategy is similar to and/or different from the way you currently read course materials. Be sure to note how some of these methods helped you to improve your reading comprehension.
