- Work with the instructor to create the agenda, no later than 4 days before the day-of-the-meeting
- Post the agenda, at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to the MS Teams "Internship" site
- Remind all members to review the agenda before the meeting, at least 24 hours before the meeting
- Submit your agenda within one week of your assigned meeting.
