Background:
Prior to joining DHS I served as the Chief of Technical Operations and Deputy Chief of Counterintelligence for the DoD. During my tenure there I oversaw the Technical Surveillance Countermeasure (TSCM) Program and created the Cyber Investigation Units (CIU) while also streamlining the Agency’s Counterintelligence mission. Preceding that I was a Technical Operations (TOPS) Officer. There I executed full spectrum operations across the globe predominantly in support of HUMINT & CI Operations.
I am former U.S. Army, worked in Special Operation Forces (SOF) Community. Academic background in Political Science, Intelligence Operations, National Security, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Executive Law Enforcement Leadership, Public Administration. During my time I have reverse engineering several Spectrum solutions to enhance its covert capabilities, identifies vulnerabilities as I am Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator, Certified Forensic Examiner, and created new capabilities to address some of the Agencies collection gaps and leverage partnership in the IC to achieve a more effective technical posture and shared resources.
