Scenario
In this project, you are a contracted industrial/organizational psychologist (I/OP) consultant for ChipFlare, a nationally recognized organization that manufactures microchips. The company has been experiencing a lack of clarity around roles, accountability, and commitment, which is why they hired you to help identify why these problems are occurring within the organization.

Submit your completed background information report as a 4- to 5-page Microsoft Word document with 12-point Times New Roman font, double spacing, and one-inch margins.
