The implementation of a Clinical Information System (CIS) has a significant impact at all levels of a healthcare organization, transforming workflows, communication channels, and, ultimately, care quality. Administrative staff, clinicians, IT personnel, and patients all experience changes during and after the transition, both positive and negative. 

Impact on Staff:
Adopting a CIS often causes a cultural and operational shift among healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, physicians, and administrative staff. It affects how they document care, retrieve patient information, communicate with other departments, and make decisions. Initially, there may be resistance due to the learning curve and the disruption of established routines (Nilsen et al., 2016). However, once fully integrated, CIS systems improve clinical workflows by reducing duplication and documentation errors and increasing access to real-time patient data (Islam et al., 2018). Training and user support are critical for ensuring a smooth transition and preventing employee burnout or disengagement. 

Impact on Patients:
