He has informed you of the losses that the hospital had incurred over the years due to poor crisis management. You have realized the need for effective planning and accountability requirements for all staff members.

• Identify possible areas of deficiency in a typical hospital, and provide a comprehensive crisis and risk mitigation plan that ensures quality care.
• Specifically, identify the strengths and opportunities that you may lean on to help improve the hospital.
• Write a 5-page report with at least 5 references cited in APA format.

Submitting your assignment in APA format means, at a minimum, that you will need the following:

Remember, the Reference page is not a bibliography but a further listing of the abbreviated in-body citations used in the paper. Every referenced item must have a corresponding in-body citation.
