1. Draft a memo in which you discuss the various technology tools used for public health surveillance and reporting. What are barriers to expanding these tools? What are the ethical considerations for collecting data in these systems?
2. This memo should be no more than 4 pages but length is not the primary measure. The memo should include the following:
