13101The project schedule includes the scope that is to be delivered, the schedule and milestones associated with project deliverables, and finally, the resources and budget required to complete the schedule. Once the schedule is in place, it is documented, formally communicated, and authorized by the project team, the sponsor, the client, and key stakeholders. What results is known as the baseline schedule.

In this assignment, carry out the following activities:

1. Collect all documentation from your course project beginning with Week 1.

2. Create a complete project schedule document using the artifacts developed throughout the course.

3. Create a consistent look and feel throughout the document, include a cover page, version number, and table of contents.

4. Entitle the document “Project schedule baseline for: ________________” and include the description of the project. Also, include signature lines on the cover page along with “authorized by” to support key stakeholder signatures.

5. In addition to the document, create a 10 to 15 Executive summary briefing of your project schedule. Envision the scenario of presenting the project details to key stakeholders prior to requesting sign-off of the project baseline document.
