13063Now that the WBS is complete, it is time to define the activities required to produce each WBS deliver. This is the first step in developing the project. Begin by carrying out the following activities:
1. Review each WBS and write down activities required to produce them.
2. Using a detail network diagram sequence the activities in logical order.
3. Add durations to each activity. Conduct a forward and backward pass.
4. Identify the schedule critical path.
5. Submit the activity list and network diagram with critical path identification for grading. Include in your deliverable a paragraph describing what you have done along with any challenges you may have experienced.
