The information in this course is designed for lifelong development. To assist you with continuous growth and practice in conflict management, you will create a Conflict Management Action Project.

Instructions:

At the end Week 7 your Action Plan will be due in digital file format and submitted on Blackboard.

It should be organized into three (3) sections:

1. Action Plan = 40%

*The more complete the plan, the better the grade

Action Plan. This section includes the steps you plan to take towards achieving your primary conflict management goal. Using the SMART goal setting criteria, identify your most important goal and how you will achieve it.
