The Leadership and Ethical Analysis paper is a 2,500-3,000 word (approximately 10-12 pages, Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spaced) original paper, depicting a public administration ethical The paper must focus on an ACTUAL problem at the local, regional, state, or federal level (it cannot be hypothetical) as developed in the earlier proposal assignment.
