I have to write a code for a program in C language related to the database of the students. I am given 2 csv files containing data. One of them is small-list.csv and students-100.csv. I am also given Program 4_ Database of Students.pdf which contains the program description and the sample output and step by step instructions on what to do. And I am also given a starter code which I have to use. I have attached the 2 csv files as pdf because it wouldn’t let me attach the csv. So can you please change those into csv.
