For each day worked enter the date, clock in/out times, total time you worked that day, total time you’ve worked so far this semester, activities, etc.
- For text fields write 3 or more complete sentences. Do not cut and paste your answers in the text fields. You will need to write up a unique response for each entry to show your deep thought, reflection, and application of your internship experiences.
- While your internship is ongoing, submit your logbook via the relevant Canvas assignment page. Remember that you must document all the hours that you are receiving units for. (# of internship units x 50 hours = the number of hours you need to document.) Failure to complete and document all required hours will result in a No Credit (NC) grade for these internship units.
