Complete the following:
- Finalize your plan, adding all the components you have completed and integrate them with an introduction and a conclusion. Note that your final plan should not simply merge the previous project components into a single document. Rather, it should be a thoughtful, fully integrated plan that demonstrates your achievement of the HRM program outcomes. Use headings and subheadings to organize and structure your plan.
- Develop a PowerPoint presentation that showcases your effectiveness improvement plan by providing a summary of your capstone project. The presentation should synthesize all of your research, highlight key findings, and summarize your final plan for improving effectiveness.

- Introduction: What is your chosen topic? What is the overall challenge? Why is it important to address for the organization?
- HRM Model of Service: Based upon your literature review, what HRM Model of Service do you see applying to your chosen topic? Why? What elements of the HRM Model of Service can help you address the challenge and importance of your chosen topic as addressed in your introduction?
- Data: What is your plan to collect data to support your HRM Model of Service to address the concern you highlighted in your introduction? What metrics and measures of success do you see helping to highlight the challenge? These would be the same metrics you could use to then showcase the impact of changes you recommend to address the challenge associated with your Capstone Project topic.
- Internal Influences: What are the internal elements you see as influencing change in your organization (remember, in the end, your Capstone Project is a change management project). Think organizational culture. What is the role of leadership in driving change to address the challenge you highlighted in your introduction and with your proposed data collection methods? What is the role of ethics, specifically, HR Ethics (click here)?
- External Influences: What are external factors you see influencing your chosen topic? Think about the laws that influence your chosen topic, laws that place right and left boundaries on HR policies. These can range from anti-discrimination to privacy to total rewards. Highlight the laws you see applying, what the law entails, and why important to your chosen Capstone Project topic. The EEOC is a good starting point (click here). Also consider state laws, particularly if your organization stretches across multiple state boundaries.
- Recommended Change(s): Based upon your analysis and research, what change(s) are you suggesting to the organization to address the challenge you highlighted in your introduction and why?
- Conclusion: Reinforce your topic choice and the importance of addressing the challenge. Reinforce the role of the HR practitioner in addressing the challenge. - APA: Use in-text citations and follow APA guidelines (click here).
- Length: 15-25 pages (not a hard and fast requirement, a guide).

Go with your comfort level with PowerPoint.
- Note: Do not just combine the previous assessments together into a document and submit.
