1. What is CSR?
1.1.Do you think That CSR is a voluntary process? Or should CSR be regulated by the government?
1.2.What are the most important aspects that CSR should consider? Shall companies go for social responsibilities, economic responsibilities, environmental responsibilities, or voluntarism responsibilities? What are the important aspect out of those?
2. When was the first time you have experienced CSR during your career path?
2.1.What are the most common CSR practices that you have experienced during your career (what do companies do mostly for their CSR?)
3. Why do corporations engage in CSR in Saudi Arabia? considering that companies outside Saudi Arabia approach CSR because of regulative pressure (formal and informal laws), normative pressure (the influence of education and professional pressure such as international standards, sustainability competitions, accreditations, awards, global agendas, qualified university graduates, globalization, or organizations that advance CSR), Cultural normative pressure (the shared meanings in a given society such as culture, religion, or taken for granted assumptions?

4. What is the most accepted approach for CSR in Saudi Arabia
Social Responsibility: that rationalizes CSR through corporate role in contributing positively to the objectives and values of the society.
Corporate responsiveness, that rationalizes CSR through the need for corporate reaction to social pressure, or to achieve what is generally expected by society.
Stakeholder management, that rationalizes CSR through the pressure of primary and secondary stakeholders who have various claims on business.
Business ethics that rationalizes CSR from a normative perspective that argue for the need of corporate behavior that addresses what is right and justice.
Corporate citizenship, that rationalizes CSR through the need for corporations that are welfare creators and enablers for social and civil rights>
Sustainability, that rationalize CSR through the need for futuristic social practices that can last for future generations. Then How?
