TASK 2 (800 words)

Using Covey’s model, critically analyse the critical thinking and leadership skills of      a business leader (Jack Ma) (Both positive and negative skills need      to describe)

• Compare the skills of the business leader      with your own. 

Identify areas of development that will      help you improve your personal effectiveness. 

Note: You should consider a business leader that you would like to follow or that is in a career you would like to succeed in.

TASK 3 (500 words)

• Based on your response to Task 1 and Task      2, Choose two areas of development for your Conflict Resolution and      decision-making skill and create a short-term SMART action plan for      each area to improve these areas. (HOW exactly are you going to      do this)

As part of your plan, analyse one      method for enhancing your personal effectiveness for each area of      development.

Conclusion 

You will need to summarise the key points      of the assessment tasks.

• You should end with a concluding      statement on the main topic of the report.
