Organizational Happiness
“Adults spend most of their lifetime at work” (Manaf et al., 2022, p. 396); therefore, to safeguard organizational success, leaders should seek to improve organizational happiness.
For this assignment, you will develop a 10-question survey to identify factors for increasing organizational happiness. You may distribute the surveys at your organization (with permission) or through a snowball sampling approach (e.g., peers or friends). You will submit a copy of your survey, a cover letter, and a 1- to 2-page summary of the survey development process.
You will analyze and report your survey’s results in Module 8.
Step 1
Develop 10 Likert-scale survey questions and a professional cover letter to invite people to participate in the survey. You may use SurveyMonkey or Google Forms to create and distribute the survey. Your survey should address:
Organizational happiness
Employees’ perceptions and job attitudes
Support for stress management and well-being

Step 2
Review your survey design and questions to check for purpose and clarity. Be sure to only ask one question at a time. You might find it helpful to ask a friend or colleague to review the survey and provide you with feedback.

Invite peers, colleagues, or friends to participate in the survey. Distribute the professional cover letter via email or another digital platform with a link for participants to complete the survey. - Step 4
Summarize your survey development process in a 1- to 2-page paper with APA in-text citations. Explain what resources assisted you in the question topics and survey design. - Step 5
Submit your APA-formatted title page, survey cover letter, survey, 1- to 2-page summary, and a reference page.
