1. Discuss three issues in the Opportunity to Apply video that you identify as barriers to providing effective care.
2. Address what you may do differently to provide a better care experience.
3. Compare the Opportunity to Apply video to the Successful Outcome video, and describe three differences in the Successful Outcome video which promote collaboration and communication.
