a. Develop an implementation plan for the recommended practice change to
protocol, guideline, critical pathway, or system/process related to the EBP
question.
b. Develop a detailed timeline needed to implement the change (including the
evaluation process and reporting of results).
3. Summarize in a narrative form the overall quality of the evidence for each level (I–V)
based on the 10 research articles reviewed in the evidence table. Discuss how you will
use the information from these articles to implement the recommended change.
4. What are the risks and benefits of making this proposed change in your organization?
5. Page limit: 8 pages, excluding title page and references; double-spaced.
6. Up to 10 points maybe deducted for grammar and spelling errors.
