PREMISE assign
To prepare:
Review the Premise Guide and the Premise Template, as well as the media entitled, Practical Skills: Adding Analysis and Synthesis. Reread your Problem Statement and gap in current research paragraphs and the justification of your dissertation topic that you have written previously. Write a completed version of your Premise, incorporating a final iteration of the paragraphs you have previously written. Also, identify a possible research approach that might be appropriate for your dissertation study based on what you studied in the last module and what you have seen used in the articles you have read and reviewed to prepare your Premise. At this point, you will identify initial considerations about your methodology by listing the kind of study you think you want to conduct on this topic: quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods. Your Premise is a 3-page document that includes a Title Page; Title, Problem Statement, Approach for the Study; and Reference List.
Put your Premise Document on the Premise Template. Following the guidelines for pages and headings provided in the Dissertation Premise Guide.
Your Premise Document should include:
Page 1: a title page.
Page 2: a Title for your proposed dissertation topic, the Problem Statement, and the Approach for the Study.
Page 3: a Reference List using APA formatting.
