This is a pyramid workout. Start with number 1. Do 10 push-ups. Next do 30 -60 seconds of cardio of your choice (jumping jacks, skaters, jump rope, jogging in place) Now Repeat number 1 (10 push-ups) and add number 2 (10 Plank Jacks) 30- 60 seconds cardio Next do 1, 2 and add 3 (10 push-ups, 10 plank jacks, 10 mountain climbers) 30-60 seconds of cardio Next, 1,2,3 and 4 (10 push-ups, 10 plank jacks, 10 mountain climbers, 10 bicycle crunches) Continue this pattern until you are doing all 10 exercises. 10 reps of everything 1) Push-ups 2) Plank Jacks 3) Mountain Climbers 4) Bicycle Crunches 5) Hammer Curl with weights 6) Chest Fly with weights 7) Scissor Abs 8) Chest Press on floor or bench with weights 9) Rainbow planks (Take hips side to side) 10) Burpees
