Michael: Thanks for your input on Southwest Air. While they have very little presence here in Atlanta (Delta dominates), it’s always good to have some good competition to keep pricing manageable.

In my other DQ 1 post, I reviewed the 4 key principles of conscious capitalism, one of which is Conscious leadership. In a GCU blog post on Conscious Capitalism (2021), leaders are described as not just the top officers, but all team members can provide some type of leadership.

Conscious Leadership

All types of leaders at such an organization follow a set of principles to provide improvements in the company. At least two of these principles apply to our class: “Focus on long-term objectives; and Never stop learning,” (GCU, 2021, para. 15). You all have an objective to represent you MBA desires – thus the life-long learning.

Question

From the total of 7 principles (the 2 above and these 5 below), which one speaks most to you and why?
