This is a team assignment – work together to construct an in-depth analysis of the problem or opportunity in the case. (Problem statement has been done and is included in the file attached below)

Analyze the case – When analyzing the case, you should determine how the issues in the case came about, who in the organization is most affected by the issues, any constraints, and any opportunities for improvement. Discuss the importance of each issue, and the urgency of each issue. You may wish to organize this section using a 2nd level heading for each identified issue. The problem and data analysis section is where the problem or opportunity is explained in depth. Solutions SHOULD NOT be introduced in this section at all. You should NOT be generating or discussing any alternatives. The “analyze the case” section should further develop and substantiate your problem statement. This section should be used to summarize the basics of your case analysis and, in some cases, include secondary sources that add substance to the facts of the case. It should not be used to simply retell the case scenario.
