PART I: Identify a time when you experienced psychological burnout in your job or at school. Which of the three burnout dimensions (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low personal accomplishment) did you experience?
PART II: Do you think that people generally experience one type of burnout at a time or all three types simultaneously?
***NOTE: The 2nd part needed to be addressed from the IOP standpoint. You needed to put your IOP hat on and from a IO standpoint how should this interview of been different on the companies side not on you the interviewee. Remember this course is focusing on IO so we are typically looking for you to apply your IO knowledge that you have gain in the course to the discussions/assignments.
