1. Provide a background of the club and their leadership/fundraising structure

2. Examine their external communications and website – how much is fundraising discussed? In what ways?

3. Conduct an interview with a member of their leadership team – consider asking some of the following questions: (1) Ask for a brief description of their budget, including major revenues and expenses, (2) Inquire about their views on fundraising and the importance of outside funding, and (3) Get their sense on the future of fundraising in their club.

4. Given all this information, provide at least three different recommendations for improving their fundraising initiatives. These should be supported by outside sources/readings.
