The healthy Object I choose is: healthy snacks. For example fruits, small portions of chips, and vegetables. We eat them so our bodies aren’t hungry and so we can power up.

The activity: The activity is called “ Healthful snacks” I give the students a paper and the students can color the healthy snacks. Then they will learn what are healthy and unhealthy foods for their bodies so they can healthy. At the end I will give them a paper to share with their friends and family so they will learn too.

This activity can be adapted to evaluate the accuracy of claims about dietary supplements and popular diets. It will encourage open discussion among the instructor and students and between the students and their peers. The worksheet helps students learn the steps to evaluate sources of information to determine their validity.
