Take your chosen discipline or profession or major (your academic degree area). How might you take the three pillars of sustainability (environmental, economic, social) and apply all three to your profession or chosen discipline. Write a minimum of three bullet points for each of the three pillars or perspectives of sustainability. 5 points for each pillar of environmental sustainability.
Secondly, has this class and the environmental issues we have looked at changed your environmental ethic and environmental awareness from the start of the course? You should look back on your early submission in which you discussed your environmental ethic. Explain and don’t just say “it has or it hasn’t.”
Grading rubric: 20 points total. 5 points for each pillar/perspective discussion, 5 points for how environmental sustainability applies to your chosen profession/academic major.
