Read the articles, “Resistance to change in BPM implementation” and “Difficulty in Implementing Continuous Improvement–Rasch Measurement Analysis.” Reflect on the challenges that may arise when making improvements in business processes and how such challenges are best addressed.
Select three business process management approaches to compare for this assignment.
- Identify one business process that is used at the organization that you selected in Module 1 that could be improved, in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, or to better align with the new organizational strategy. Consider which business process management approach you would use to improve the business process and why.
- Identify one challenge that might arise when implementing a business process management approach to improve a business process and consider how you would overcome the challenge.
- Submit a paper that addresses the following:
