SCENARIO
Albert Taylor has come in for counselling because his wife told him to come in. He has been having an affair with a lady friend at work which he says is now finished. He has had affairs in the past and is now afraid his wife has had enough. She has threatened to leave him but he agreed to speak to a counsellor in a bid to save his marriage. He is charming and friendly. He has a good job and they have two teenage children.

He has not been sleeping well and has been eating more, putting on weight and drinking heavily at the weekends.
