Week 5: Course Project Outline (40 points)
The Course Project Outline is set up in the form of a Quiz, however there is no time limit. Because there is no time limit and answers are automatically saved, students will be able to leave/enter the Quiz as many times as they like during the week. However, don’t forget to submit the Quiz by the end of the week! Students will be filling out an Outline, which will be used in the creation of their Presentation. The Outline will include the following:
Title of your Course Project:
Provide the rationale for selecting your topic:
List some of the symptoms associated with this topic.
How is the disease/pathology that you have chosen diagnosed?
What are the available treatment options for the disease/pathology that you have chosen?
What is the prognosis for the disease/pathology that you have chosen?
Explain what body systems are affected, and how they are affected by the disease/pathology that you have chosen.
Provide at least three references used for the research of your topic.
This assignment is worth 40 points and must be submitted by the end of Week 5.

Week 8: Final Course Project Narrated Presentation (50 points)
Create your PowerPoint/Google Slides from the outline, including narration, to submit the Course Project Narrated Presentation. Use the PowerPoint template Download PowerPoint templateprovided as a starting point for your presentation
- For the narration, you have two options.
The narration can be narrated via a Kaltura video screen share; or
The narration can be done using the PowerPoint audio.
- The length of the narrations should be a maximum of 5-10 minutes. In the narration, elaborate on the topic on each slide. Be sure the narration is clear, easy to understand, and well-articulated with a tone and voice inflection that will engage the audience.
