Class research question is: What work factors are associated with decreased level of stress at work?

Some areas you may also want to consider that pertain to the research question are management style, teamwork, coworkers, social support within the workplace, social support through family/friends, company policies (personal days, vacation days, holidays),  workplace environment, schedules (rigid or flexible), employee retention rates, health related absences due to stress.
