WEEK 5 Citing Sources

PART A: This week’s assignment will help you understand how to cite sources for your reference page using APA style. You will need to use the APA reference guide posted under the web links tab below. I would like you to take the following sources and create a mock reference page citing an example for each:
Book (any book of your choice)
Film (any film of your choice)
Article from a database (use the COMM 1000 library guide under weblinks to find an appropriate database)
Newspaper article (you can cite if from the actual paper or by finding the article online.)

PART B: Using the COMM 1000 library guide posted under the weblink below, compare and contrast two of the databases listed on the cite. Give the pros and cons of each and tell us which one you would be more likely to use. (Note: There are more than two databases listed, so you aren’t limited to the two you choose here for future research).
