In addition to including the organizational stakeholders, such as developers, testers, managers, etc., identify stakeholders external to the organization such as customers, end-users, regulators, etc. ● Use an affinity map to consolidate the stakeholder groups that your team has identified. ● Draw a matrix similar to the one shown below on a flip chart page and place your identified stakeholder groups onto the matrix.
