In the first part of your paper, articulate your personal core values following the prompts in the “Faith Integration” Instructor Video. Additional questions to consider include:

1. What is a core value?
2. What are your personal core values?
3. Why are these values important to you?
4. How do your personal and vocational choices reflect your core values?

In the second part of your paper, identify a personal or vocational obstacle and describe how your core values can motivate creative action to overcome that obstacle. Please see the "Faith Integration" Instructor Video for further guidance. Additional questions to consider include:

1. What specific obstacles do you encounter in your personal life or vocation?
2. Can you discern if your normal reaction is rooted in a desire to comply, protect, or control?
3.  How does this pattern maintain organizational equilibrium?
4. Which of your core values helps you respond with purpose to this obstacle, instead of reacting out of fear?
5. What actions does this core value motivate?
6. How does this pattern promote organizational growth and momentum?
