He has a history of diabetes type 2 and hypertension. The patient is currently taking Metformin 500 mg po twice daily and Lisinopril 20 mg po daily. He reports that he has been having some issues at work and is under a lot of stress. Upon exam peripheral and femoral pulses are present. Scrotum is normal. Normal size testes. Penis is circumcised. UA is unremarkable.
