Review the attached article.  It discusses just how fast decisions need to be made in the business environment.  This decision making has some serious implications with regard to conflict management.  After reading the article answer the following questions in detail.

• Organizations and project teams can get stuck at any given time with regard to decision making.  What does the article insinuate with regard to the project manager's role in getting the organization or team unstuck?
• Chapter 8 of the text is a diverse chapter in terms of concepts.  Based on what you read in the article, what concepts are directly relate to the need for project managers top be decisive.
