Research Topic:
Cloud computing and its effects on Business operations
Scope:
The scope of my research will focus on understanding the foundations of cloud computing, investigating its several models (Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Infrastructure as a Service), and investigating its real-world applications in business environments. My goal is to look into how cloud computing, with its scalability, flexibility, and affordability, has changed traditional IT infrastructure (Khayer et al., 2020). The significance of this study is in learning more about how information technology is changing and how it affects organizations in particular. Cloud computing is now essential for collaboration, process optimization, and innovation development. In my opinion, this research supports my goals for a career in information technology by giving me a thorough grasp of a technology that is still influencing the field.
Communication medium
My project will be presented in an organized manner using case studies, visual aids, and real-world examples. In order to engage the audience and make the complicated topics more approachable, I also intend to develop an interactive element, maybe a demonstration of cloud services.

1. To what extent do cloud computing adoption vary across different industries and Factors that contribute to the variations?
2. When moving to the cloud, what security problems should companies be aware of and how may these be resolved?
3. What effects does cloud computing have on the job description and competencies of IT professionals?
4. Could you give some instances of companies that have effectively used cloud computing to obtain a competitive edge?
5. What are the possible developments and trends in cloud computing that will likely occur in the future, and how might they affect IT?
Reflective paragraph
As I embark on this research journey, I will employ critical thinking to evaluate the reliability and applicability of my knowledge sources. To obtain an in-depth understanding of cloud computing, I need to make sure a balance of academic articles, industry reports, and real-world case studies is put in place. I investigate not only the state of technology now but also its implications and future problems in response to questions regarding security and future trends. My research is guided by a reflective method that ensures it is comprehensive, innovative, and relevant to the ever-changing field of information technology.
