The purpose of this assignment is to ascertain the issues/problems that cause children to be considered high risk in your personal community (at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have serious emotional, mental, or behavioral disturbances, reside in placements outside their homes, or are involved in the juvenile justice system). Provide 2-3 paragraphs detailing 3-5 recommendations that would practically support a preventative program for high-risk children in your community based on your research.
