2. Open your ongoing Capstone Reflection Journal, which you saved in a Word document.
3. Title this new journal entry PSY-535 5.4 Learning About Life Coaching and Positive Psychology or I/O Psychology, <Day, Month, Year>.
4. As you write your journal entry for this session, reflect on your capstone project, incorporating what you have learned about life coaching and positive psychology, or I/O psychology.
