face numerous health risks, including exposure to the elements, malnutrition, and limited access to healthcare.

o Mental Health Crises: Situations where individuals experience severe disturbances in their emotional or psychological well-being. These crises can include suicidal ideation, severe anxiety, or psychotic episodes. Addressing these crises requires timely interventions and community support.
