Please select a marketing topic you learned this week that you really liked or enjoyed, then search in the Wall Street Journal (either online or hardcopy, both are available through the NU library), and select an article about that topic within the last 12 months.

You will need to log in using your NU library credentials to view this page. Once on this page, you can search for topics in the “search within this publication” search bar. (example search: pandemic)
Once on the results page, you can limit the results to specific dates by using the menu on the right under “publication date.” Click on the result to view the full-text article.
To cite an article, click on “cite” on the top right (the button with a quotation mark icon) and copy the appropriate citation. If you have difficulty finding Wall Street Journal articles, please watch the short tutorial below or you can contact our business librarian, ([email protected]). Read and analyze the article and write a report 1-2 pages long specifying the things you learned in the article and why you think it is relevant in today’s business world. Do not only summarize. Use marketing terminology.
Make sure you cite the article properly (APA style) and submit your report by Saturday before midnight (or the deadline your instructor provides).
If you do not cite several sources, your grade will be affected, so be sure to review the rubric for grading.
Original work is expected, and no errors will be admitted. Be sure to include a link to your original WSJ article for your instructor to see.
