Details: There are many reasons why a bill is introduced into legislation, helping a select group of people to make sure that everyone in the country is being protected. It is important as a healthcare provider to understand, how different bills effect the healthcare profession.

Select a current health care bill that addresses one or more of the components of healthcare. You will use three to five academic sources to write this paper.

Introduction

Health care is a complex system that has many components. In order for doctors to give the best treatment to their patients, they need medical records. The patient’s informed consent must be obtained before a doctor can make many decisions about their care. The doctor has to examine the patient and make decisions based on that examination. Doctors cannot be expected to give good care if they are not paid for their services.

For doctors to be able to give the best treatment to their patients, they need medical records.

The medical records are essential to determine the patient’s medical history. Doctors need them to make decisions about treatment, keep track of medications and allergies, and check test results.

The importance of having a good record system varies with each doctor depending on their specialty and how they practice medicine. For instance, some doctors may not need as much detail in their notes than others because they only see one patient at a time; however, others may need detailed information on every aspect of treating each individual case (e.g., symptoms).

The patient’s informed consent must be obtained before a doctor can make many decisions about their care.

Informed consent is a legal requirement, and it means the patient understands the treatment and agrees to it. The doctor must explain the treatment and its risks, including any possible side effects. The patient must then be able to make an informed decision about whether or not they want this type of treatment, based on their own personal values and needs. Finally, they should be given the opportunity to ask questions before agreeing or declining any procedure that may affect their health care in some way.”

They include family doctors, internists (internal medicine physicians), pediatricians and surgeons. In addition to their medical expertise, they also provide advice on lifestyle issues such as diet and exercise that can affect a person’s health or recovery from illness or injury.

• Hospitals/Clinics/Hospices: These facilities provide comprehensive care for patients who require hospitalization or long-term care after leaving their primary physician’s practice; may be operated by an individual or group of physicians or other healthcare professionals; often have outpatient departments where individuals receive treatment without staying overnight at the facility itself; may offer services like laboratory testing (e..g., blood tests), x-rays etc…
