The Firo-B assessment is a personality test that has been in use for over 50 years. It was developed by psychologist Dr. Firoozbod A., who created the test to help businesses evaluate the potential of their employees. Today, this assessment can be used to better understand yourself and others by identifying certain traits that we all share—such as being extroverted or introverted, or having a preference for activities like sports or artistry (e.g., needlepoint).
How is the Firo-B scored?
There are three parts to the Firo-B test. Part 1 is a 5-question written essay and part 2 is an oral presentation. Together, these two sections make up 50% of your final score. A passing grade for this portion of the exam is 80%.
The third section—the Firo-B performance assessment—is scored on a scale from 0–100 (with 100 being ideal).
