The main aim of this evidence-based practice project is to discuss financial, quality and clinical aspects of a new EPB programme. In order to develop an effective EPB programme, it is important that both quality aspects and clinical aspects have been considered at all stages in the development process. This paper aims to show how the three different aspects are linked and why they need to be considered together as part of one overall approach.
