Introduction
There are many barriers to leading a healthy life, including mental health, stress, lack of time and lack of money.
Mental health
Mental health is a serious issue that deserves your attention. It’s important to know the difference between mental illness and a healthy lifestyle. If you’re experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety or other mental disorders, talk to your doctor about treatment options.
The following are some ways you can improve your mental health:

Exercise regularly and eat right. Depression is often triggered by lack of physical activity and poor nutrition; exercise has been shown to help reduce stress levels for those with depression as well as improve overall moods (1). You can also take supplements such as Omega-3 fatty acids which have been found effective at reducing symptoms of depression (2).

Get enough sleep at night so that you don’t feel worn out during the day; even small amounts of extra rest can make a big difference when it comes down to being able to function properly each day without feeling like crap!

There are many barriers that can prevent you from leading a healthier life. One of the most common ones is lack of convenient access to food.
