The EBP implementation plan is a document that describes how you will implement the EBP. It should include:

• Your organization’s overall strategy for implementing an effective Business Process Improvement (BPI) process in your company. This could be something like “increase customer satisfaction” or “improve productivity” or something else entirely.

• A list of the goals you have for your BPI implementation and why these are important to achieving them.

• How long you expect it will take to implement each goal and what resources are required in order to do so (time, money, etc.).

Plan details (what needs to be done, when, where and how)

The EBP Implementation Plan details the steps that you will take to implement the EBP. It can be used as a guide when developing your implementation plan, or it may be written as a separate document.

The following sections describe how to develop an EBP:

• Define the scope of work (what needs to be done) and who is responsible for each task.

• Identify resources needed for each task (time, money, etc.).

• Describe how you will know whether successful completion has occurred by using metrics like number of new clients/patients served per month or percentage reduction in claim costs over last year’s levels*.

The following resources are required for implementation of EBPs:

• A dedicated desk or office space in a secure location. If you have one, great! If not, make sure that your team has access to a desk with computer equipment and printing services.

• A database administrator (DBA) who can manage the software used by each department on campus as well as maintain their own files related to programmatic projects. This person should also be able to help train users on how best to use the system so that they understand its capabilities before trying anything new.

• Funds for travel expenses if needed when visiting other departments within an organization; this could include traveling kms away from home base during meetings regarding shared projects or initiatives between different organizations working together collaboratively towards common goals across multiple platforms/disciplines within academia/industry/government agencies etc., especially if those trips take place over long distances outside metropolitan areas which may require overnight stays along with transportation costs associated with getting back home again after being gone from work all day long instead staying put inside where everyone else lives too 🙂

Evaluation plan.

To measure the success of our efforts, we will use the following indicators:

• The number of clients who meet with a qualified EBP provider.

• The percentage of those clients who have made changes in their behavior to prevent problems from reoccurring.

• The percentage of clients who do not abuse drugs or alcohol after receiving treatment for substance abuse disorders (SAD).
